Nature of work

• Analysis of
1. Seed of Soya and Mustard and Solvent plant.
2. Incoming RAW material and out going sample.
3. In process sample as RPO, RSBO, RSFO, RMO, RRBO & Hydrogenation plant.
4. By product as FAD, PFAD, Acid oil, spent earth, Wax spent, Soap stock, Wash water, Acid oil sludge.
5. Water sample received from RO, Boiler and ETP and product water sample.
6. Sampling of Bulk chemicals and its analysis. (Bleaching earth, Caustic, Citric acid, TBHQ, Vitamin, Phosphric acid, L.D.O., Lime powder etc.)
7. Incoming all packing material.
• Finished Goods Audit
1. To conduct finished goods for every type of oils packing according to company standard and specification and preparation of the report for the require impelention.
2. To conduct online audit and prepare a report for the same for required action for better quality production.
3. Quality certification of finished product and other Q.A activity online inspection during packing etc.
4. To short out daily routine problems regarding Finished product Audit.
5. To conduct scrap meeting with involving different packing contract supervisors on daily basis and prepare report for the same control the generation of

       Unnecessary scrap while packing of finished goods.

• VIS spectrophotometer meter, LovibondTintometer. Refractometer,CAMAG UV Lamp,BOMBCALORIMETER.DIALTOMETER,VISCOSITYMETER,PH &CONDUCTIVITYMETER,RANCIMATE,DARTIMPACT,TENCILE STRENTH,ELANGATION&N.M.R, FRICTION & OPACITY TESTER.
